All of these pressurescoalesce to create a situation in which it is likely that a troubledbusiness will unfairly prefer one creditor to another just prior to filingfor bankruptcy. This state of affairs implicates the fundamental policy of the BankruptcyCode (11 U.S.C. ยง 101 et seq.) of treating similarly situatedcreditors equally. Neither of these policies can be furtheredif creditors swoop down and 'dismember' a troubled debtor, withstronger creditors more likely to recover. At the same time, it is desirable to prevent bankruptcyin the first place, if possible. Selling back inventory to vendor ordinary course of business ch. 11 of 16.

For me it does depend on whether the items are complete sentences or not and whether they follow on from the preceding sentence or not. I would format as you have done if the preceding were something like 'The following are a few examples:' With your preceding sentence, I would typically preferBulleted items may:.begin with a lowercase letter, being part of a larger sentence;.not end with a period (or other sentence-ending punctuation) but a semicolon; and.include a serial 'and' before the final item, as in a list.Even then, this is when the list is part of a larger cohesive (and typically formal) text. On a blog or in an ad, I would be more likely to format the same as your preference, or I might omit the periods and possibly the capitals.
