Hi,I have searched this site and googled this problem but have not found anything. So here goes.I did an webupdate, next time I turned it on, I get the Garmin logo, with system software missiing and it just stays there.Any way to fix this, I have reconnected with webupdater and if I try to reload current version, as soon as it starts I get a corrupted file message and it aborts.I have also tried getting into the preload mode, doesn'twork.I tried the press lower right hand corner while turning on, same thing, nothing.I have read that some people can get some software to reload, anyone know anything more or can help out.Thanks,Cse20. HI,Thanks for the info, but I already tried dumping a Gupdate file.The problem is that either with the webupdater or by dragging a file to the webupdater, the upload is aborted.I get an error about the data packet not recognized, or there is a problem with the device or with the webupdater program.I know the cable and the webupdater program is good, I am able to connect with another GPS unit.This one is another story.Thanks for your patience, I think I'll call garmin and see what they can do to re-program.Cse20.
