The usual response to complains about TSLRP was that people should make their own mod, then they could complain. 2 modders, Stoney and Zbyl2 (with help from Jinger and a few others), did.TSLRCM was first released to the public on 24 september 2009. The release was version 1.4 and was labeled as a public beta, being a playable mod with few to no game breaking bugs. 1.4 was improved by patches 1.4a, 1.4b, 1.4c, and 1.4d. If you're using an older version of TSLRCM (1.8 or lower), a game re-install is required before applying 1.8.3B.(Steam users, skip to point 4)2. After re-installing it's advised to apply the official patch (1.0b). Non-US versions require you to install 1.0a first, then 1.0b, US versions can install 1.0b right away. Make sure to apply the patch that fits your version. Also, after installing 1.8.3, the official patch can no longer be installed!3.

I Hope someone can help me, I bought a retail version on DVD bundled with the first entry 'Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic Collection' It is called, the Read.me file states that the version actualy is 2.2 - I installed the game and then tried to install the restored mod. Obviously I used the Installation destination it gave me './LucasArts/Star Wars: The Old and so on.'
It seems not to work with it, I don't find my problem at the moment, I am using Windows 10 64 Bit, - Maybe the difference is in the version of the Game? As I said, the Readme states 2.2 and it is on a DVD from a bundle pack.Sorry for beeing just a 'Guest' - If someone can help me or needs more information, I'll try to answer, I would love to get it done.
Ryutohara: So, I bought KOTOR 2 a while back, and got around to playing it recently. So I launch it, and it works fine. Main menu is a little laggy, but I don't mind. I start a new game, make my character, watch the text crawl, and then the short intro where the flaming ship is going towards the planet. Then, the screen flashes black, and it crashes completely. I have no idea what any of the support means, so I'm hoping someone on here can help. I've been having the same issue. I'll let you know if I can fix it.

If you've got an AMD video card, this could be because of the game's option for 'Frame Buffer Effects'. Try turning it off in the game's 'Advanced Graphics Options'.Alternatively you could try deleting both ati dll-files in the game folder (atigktxx.dll and atioglxx.dll) or better move them into another folder, so you can simply move them back if it doesn't solve the problem. I can't even find those files on my computer, much less in the game folder.
Frame Buffer Effects are disabled by default, as well. If your computer has an Intel card, the game is going to fight you trying to run it at every turn, unfortunately. The intro crash issue seems to be related to the game needing to switch screen resolutions between the prerendered video clips and the real-time graphics. The only way I have been able to consistently run the game is to force windowed mode by editing the config file-this keeps it from swapping resolutions and thus prevents that particular crash. I've even been able to put the game back into full-screen mode once the prerendered cutscene clip was over, and it will run fine; I just need to jump back out to windowed mode when I know another cutscene is coming up, or it will crash like clockwork. Hi,I use an intel skylake i5 6500 with integrated intel HD graphics 530. Windows 10 x64I have read through all the related posts.I am using the GoG version.I have the latest intel drivers.I installed and run the game in windows 8 compatibility mode and tried again with windows xp SP2 aswell.I have a Dell monitor 1600x1200 resolution.
I tried this resolution and 800x600.Currently using below settings, but have tried many variations.Display OptionsFullScreen=0Disable Movies=0Disable Intro Movies=0Sort Modules=1Width=800Height=600BitsPerPixels=32RefreshRate=60Graphics OptionsV-Sync=0Anisotropy=1Frame Buffer=0Anti Aliasing=0Texture Quality=0Grass=1Soft Shadows=0Shadows=1Brightness=57EnableHardwareMouse=1Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1FullScreen=0AllowWindowedMode=1Soft shadows and Frame buffer will always be grayed out in the game. After a fresh install and trying to run the game once both values are set to 1 in the.ini though.I have also tried with TSLRCM1.8.4.5.I don't think I will be able to play the game on this PC. What do you think?
