Cannot Load World Ca Chernarus

This my report log which says conflicting issues. So is it just me or does loot spawn VERY LITTLE? Because i cranked up the loot spawn in my config file and it only spawns like 4 loot in a full 60m radius around me. I have it set to spawn like 3 items in 3 spots of each building and a 50 percent chance or something like that.

And it only spawns in like 1 item per building i go into and it is usually a tin can or toilet paper!?Maybe show your part of CfgExileLootSettings.If someone is interested i made new CfgBuildings Position for Chernarus Redux, its 90% good.
